Adventure Camp; Fall 2016

The fall session of Adventure Camp 2016 has come and gone.  The weather was hot, so we appreciated what little shade we could find to hang out in.

Meet Samantha, a 6 year old Border Collie-Setter mix, owned and handled by Marianne Petersen.  They are regular visitors at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany, IN.

Adventure Camp - Spring 2016

The weather for the spring session of Adventure Camp was beautiful, if maybe just a tad on the warm side, but we staked out some cool shade and enjoyed the view in between groups of children that stopped to pet and love on the dogs.  All the pictures on this post were from Wednesday, April 20th. 
Pet Love members present were Emma and her poodle Willie, newest member Vickie and her Labrador, Sawyer, Sharon and her Golden-Doodle, Latte', Cathy and her all-American, Sadie, and Kim with English Mastiff, Beezly.
All the dogs got along beautifully together and loved the attention they received from the children, teachers and other volunteers.
And just in case you're wondering, we've cropped the faces of the children from the pictures as many of them are wards of the state, so you'll just have to trust us that there were lots of smiles!   :)
